Curriculum
The NSW Education Department provides the Syllabus in each of the Key Learning Areas (KLAs)
- English
- Mathematics
- Science & Technology
- Creative Arts
- Personal Development/ Health/ Physical Education (PD/H/PE)
- Human Society & Its Environment (H.S.I.E.)
Teachers develop the learning program for students based on their needs. Stages for development include
- Early Stage 1 (Kindergarten)
- Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)
- Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4)
- Stage 3 (Years 5 and 6)
Student performance is measured against an Outcomes Based framework which equates children right across N.S.W. See the Board of Studies site for more information.

The Teaching and Learning Exchange (TaLe) provides a dedicated portal for parents, allowing them to access educational information on what their children are studying at school, how they are assessed, how they can support their children at home and where they can go to seek further information.
